Very welcoming and friendly staff always available. The breakfast is great and not served as a buffet but a' la carte and you can order anything you want! Rooms are very well furnished and spacious.

I really like the guest rooms lay out and decoration .Great sized rooms that give some privacy between you and your partner .Very well decorated .Front desk was helpful .This hotel made our holiday unforgettable, aboslutely superb hotel!
The breakfast was very standard nothing special, the spa was alright but my kids were dissapointed cause there wasn't a pool! I suppose this is more of an adult hotel though.

Everything here was very good, I would stay here again. The hotel was ideal, location was magnificent right in the center of the old town, hearty breakfast. Location: the property was next to all the major tourist sites, and old town centre. The room was very fancy and reasonably spacious, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed.

i liked the location and the staff and restaurant
the hotel was too dark for me and the rooms a bit small and a little too high-tech. it was hard to see sometimes and i was constantly walking into things and tripping in the room cuz it was so dark inside. the room wud have been better if they did away with the zen garden in the room, so the room is bigger and easier to move around in.....space is better than that.

Almost perfect, from staff to amenities.
Bed sheets not changed for 3 consecutive nights, despite of indication.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, amazing style, very good location next to the old town square, friendly and polite staff except for one night front desk staff who was a bit rude.
Did not try the food there since it was not included in the price and we thought we could get better value for money outside of the hotel.

The location was excellent and perfect for a short stay, very close to everything. Breakfast was also very good and probably the best in Prague.
Lighting in hotel is very dim, not so good during the day when you are getting around.

Lovely hotel ! Great rooms and bathroom ! Excellent staff. Good breakfast & restaurant.
Limited variation in breakfast menus if you are staying for a couple of days. Limited flexibility on small requests for a five star hotel.

The room and the bathroom. Fantastic
The music in the restaurante is played too high for a meal ! (adequate for a night club) therefore agressive while eating (difficult to talk and understand what your companion says) . Not romantic!!
